You will need to contact you School System Administrator to assist you with retrieving your username.

Only you and your School System Administrator can see information related to you on the Learning Management System

On the homepage click the "Help Center" option on the top navigation bar -> Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "submit a ticket" button -> If you are a student or a teacher, select the "submit a ticket" button on the Bahamas Virtual School option. If you are a member of the Department of Education, select the "submit a ticket" button on the Bahamas Ministry of Education only option.

Once you successfully login to the LMS you will automatically be taken to your personal dashboard.

If you are a student, enter your username and password then select the "Sign In" button. If you are teacher or SSA, select the "Staff" tab at the top of the login section and select the "Login with Microsoft" button.

From your dashboard, click the "bell" icon in the top right hand corner to see your recent notifications.
